2.1 destroked or 2.4 stroker?
I guess for a couple reasons. One being most builders dont offer it and not many people know about it.

If your referring to the Cossy block it's probably cause its crazy expensive.

Second the intro of the 4g64LR, it covers a lot of the same applications w/ more tq and the ability to rev to 8500rpms w/ the right parts.
With that said, I still think the 2.2 is better overall... It's more of a well balanced motor!
I have a 2.3l 12.5:1 compression with jun cams and this thing is wicked on the FP HTA3586 shifting at 8300. It will boil the tires from a 5mph roll in 1st just stabbing it and continues through out 2nd.
Heller fun... 2.3/2.4 all day! Unless you want a track/drag only car. Revving to 9k just looks funny trying to pass people in traffic... Always having rev to get enough power to cut people off sucks, it's funny though, people will laugh at you thinking your trying to race them.

I guess if your running E-85 or 116 octane it would be doable but having compression that high on a turbo car must be a track/drag only car.
