Thanks alot timzcat, I just wanted to get the word out as soon as I had a date. I will try and do that. You coming?

I am actually going to talk with NRP about maybe doing the autocross again this year. Problem is I would need someone to supply the equipment and run it. Anyone interested?

Any members in the Mid-Atlantic area want to caravan up to OH next August?

I'm going to mark this one off on my calendar.

More to add to the weekend.

I talked with the track this morning. We will have the spectator side of the track reserved on Saturday. You won't be able to race but there will be an unofficial car show and hang out. We generally bring out our race cars (4g63 powered 7 and 8 second cars) and display them. We also have pop and beer for everyone to drink. Just a day to relax before the race on Sunday, really good leisure day.

There will be no nitrous allowed in the EVO classes. EVO's with nitrous can run in the Bracket Classes or if they are fast enough can qualify and run in the Q16 class.

Thanks for asking.

I'll be there along with my AMT-Racing built evo (My future speed shop/company/part dealership/tuner) and my crew. Hopefully going to turn a few heads of what we have planned! Hope to see everyone there!

Can't wait for this. I was not able to attend last year since I had no idea I was getting a evo by the time I needed to request off. This year will be for sure. I just hope my Evo has what I want done to it by then.

I live in Denver maybe we could carpool? I would really like to go too. Not to mention I would love to see how the EVO does at sea level.

I know you think Colorado is a long way off but you should see the turn out we have. 90% of the cars are from out of state. The owner of the track says it is the largest draw for out of state cars he has. This is a very large track with huge events, so that is saying a lot. This is why we have August now, it is the least likely month here for rain.

We have guys that fly in for this event from over seas every year.

I'll be there. I am hoping to bring my car but it's a hell of a drive from up here. I might just fly and rent a car. Dave can you bring rentals in for racing even if they aren't DSM's? Maybe shoe polish a diamond star on it or something! I promise you it would be fun
