ok here is the pics. this was a very big project. i do not recommend it to anyone with a life. this was basically for fun only. i have 3 rear sub frames so i figured hey what the hell. starting weight. 22.2lbs. ending weight 11.4lbs. J/K. 20.0 lbs. i got my goal of 2.2lbs off.

this is how it will go on the car. i could smooth it out and make it nice but honestly i dont really care. it is not perfect but its good enough for me.

HAHA yea. about 15 hours. if i took my time and made it nice i bet 20+ hours would be needed. or maybe i dont have the right tools. ha.

You basically ported your rear subframe.

 

Yea I used a sawzall to cut it off and then grinding and grinding and grinding and then lastly grinding.

 

turbo kit and exhaust is off the car. i am having a aluminum DP back exhaust made now. more on that later with its own thread.

 

This is nutty Dan! All that time for 2+ pounds? WOW! I'd have Akuma do it too but not for 2.2lbs. I give you a big thunbs up for innovating though and being that dedicated to this project!

yea i am a bit loony. 2.2lbs is not much at all but hey it was worth a shot.

my bud at MP-Fab. i did speak to collin about it but decided to stick with Walker on this one.

 

I've checked out MP-Fab's site before, he does good work...definiltely post pics once you get it...

 

FINALLY i put the springs on the coilovers. HAHA. ill snap a pic soon. im so damn lazy. WTF
