That's awesome your's lasted that long... I've got almost 71k on mine, 2 autox season's, 1 HPDE. I've got a Clutchmaster's Stg2 and ACT streetlite sitting on a self waiting to go in, but I'm gonna see how more abuse the stocker will take before it gives up.

As far as good deals, contact ImportDPS, I know they always have very good pricing on the Exedy.

Good Luck

If your stock clutch lasted 80k miles why go up to a twin? Unless you plan on making a bunch more power go with a conservative single disc like an Exedy Stage 1 HD, ACT HDSS, etc.

Bummer to hear about the clutch going out on you. However, did I hear you right, you experienced a jerking in 4th gear, so you slammed the gas and shifted to 5th??!

Exactly, Mine just went after 96k @ 350 awhp. Im going to a Red this spring so the ACT HDSS (MB7-HDSS) will be fine for me. With a flywheel you can get the ACT for under $800 shipped. Good luck finding a twin anywhere near that.

Mines starting to go. 55k stock.
My last tune put it over the edge I guess.
I'm @ 458 whp, so I think I'm going with an exedy twin hd.

Oh well, and I thought my boat was a money pit...
