whining sound on the move.....Help

whining sound on the move.....Help
Dear Evom,
My car started to develop a very weird whining sound. That happens while cruising, accelerating and sometime just rolling. The sound is independent of any gear and is consistent in loudness. Even with the clutch pressed, or out of gear, its there and it only stops when the car is about to come to a halt.
the sound is coming from the left front end of the car and cant determine the actual source due to the fact it only appears while moving at higher speeds and stays afterwards even of am just rolling while off the gas peddle, and again it goes away just before the car comes to a halt.
what also is driving me crazy is that i drove during the day and nth was there. then i went out after it started raining and it started to happen. Moreover, the sound is not always present, and when its there and i go on a rough surface it goes away.
I know it seems weird as i check every possible thing in the engine bay with no luck of find sth loose or out of order.

well i did that and mine seems different as its not as load and doesnt go louder at higher speed it just stays at the same sound level. Also if i go over a dip in the road it goes away.

Guys any input would be really appreciated. The had all fluids
Flushed 1.5k kms ago. Also I check the rear ACD oil tank and
Oil is at the min level just after I park the car.

An update
Today took the car out and the sound is gone?! I only have the
Normal 1st and 2nd whine that am used to.....
I checked the car for any leaks and its dry and I also check the
Acd tank before going out and it was at max. Level.
What can that sound be?! And does the fact that it started to
Come out after it rained indecat anything?! Please guys any

nopes it really consistent in level. it wont go louder when i speed up, change gears, roll, press clutch or anything it just comes and stays on the same exact level until i really slow down.
