thats great news, buschlur really knows his stuff, any ideas on how much hp increase the larger throttly body and ported intake manifold will make

A throttle body actually doesn't increase HP, it just allows other mods to increase perfomance.

Not necessarily - depends of the airflow requirement of the motor and whether there are any other restrictions or not.
