Bleed RS Brakes (Non ABS)

I was wondering what the sequence is to bleeding the brakes on a RS or car with NO ABS? I found the one for a car with ABS and did it that way and the brakes still feel like ****. so I have a feeling that it wasnt the correct way. I know it should be like all cars with farthest from the MC first, but do I do the inside or outside bleeder first on the caliper?

Thanks for the help! Right now the brakes and the clutch keep loosing pressure so its either the brakes arent bled right or they have a leak but im hoping bleed first and that fixes it!

Thanks guys!

Same order I believe and no, it doesn't take forever at all to bleed, esp if you have a Motive bleeder.
