Ever wonder what 800ft/lbs of Torque does to a transmission?
No way a 35r based turbo or similar can make 800+!!! Just Kidding for all you doubters.
I had many doubt my car with a hta3582 making 750 on 28psi. I'm sure people would be skeptical of the numbers my car made the last time Insane Speed tuned it with the newer 3586 combo on 32psi if i posted them.
Congrats on the wicked build Todd. Can't wait to see how Insane Speed's custom engine package works on my time attack car.
So the #'s from corporate Dynojet and Kurt's Dynocom dyno read the same?

Not Kert, DynaPack dyno at UMSTuning in AZ. Yes Trent, with the big tube header, we should be able to just kill it on your car.
Be that keep saying 800 is possible on a 35r sized 61mm turbo blah blah blah, you're right, 800whp is totally achievable. What the rest of the people are saying, is 800wtq is not.
Personally, like I said before, with the few teaser pictures, I can't wait to see the magazine and maybe some video.

Just about to state the same thing.
hp and trq are a little different. just a little.
If the turbo can make 800 WHP, it can probably make 800ft-lbs of torque, IF you can get it fully spooled by 5250 RPM. THAT is where the question lies.
800 ft-lbs at 5500 RPM is already 840 WHP, 5800 RPM and 800 ft-lbs is 880 WHP...
As you can see, you pretty much have to be at peak torque by 5250 RPM to keep HP within the range that is probably feasible.
