Cold start issues

Having cold start issues, I notice if I don't allow my car to warm up for at least a few minutes and I try to drive off as soon as I put the car in gear and rev the car sputters, idle drops and unless I put it back into neutral or rev higher then usual. At the same time the idle surges and the afrs are all over or lean.

After a few minutes, it's fine. Only changes made were, I have deleted the egr and disabled it through ecu, added a silicone intake pipe and replaced shaft seals in throttle body.

Help is appreciated, thanks.

Adding to the issue, on a cold start the idle surges and if I push the clutch pedal in and rev the motor sputters and wants to stall. After the idle settles, the problem is gone. So I'm looking at a open loop.

I'm stumped, what should I look into? ISC, TPS?

I'd suggest an air leak at the throttle body.

I did a blt after blocking off the egr. I used an oem gasket without rtv and blockoff plate I had from extremepsi, found a leak at the blockoff.

So I bought a fel pro gasket, it's kind of like carbon fiber looking and it sealed. Wasn't leaking anymore.

I'll do another blt. Anything else?

Bump, it was kind of chilly this morning. Had crappy idle surge, almost stalled couple times and had to blip throttle for about a minute.
