noise isnt good, best bet change the trans fluid see if theres any metal(hopefully not) in the fluid, my tuning shop recommended redline heavy shock proof and redline mt90 after 25k on the trans fluid its still not even notchy shifting...try that fluid out i believe it was 2qts of mt90 to 1 qt of heavyshock proof...try it out and see if it gets better.
Thanks Man.
At the moment ive not encounter any problem in shifting into any gears but will try 2 litres lightweight shock proof with 1 litre Kaaz oil...
Hope this will prolong the gbox life span...
Lastly, do i need to change the bearings in the gearbox or just leave as it is for the moment?

There are a number of roller type bearings in your transmission. Most of them require transmission disassembly and extra tools to remove and replace. Unless you are an experienced mechanic and know how to set shim tolerances, that's best left to someone who does...
I would not be using the combination of fluids you mention... Look here to read about why other options give you better outcomes:

It wouldn't hurt to change it. Do you have an aftermarket clutch? Is it grinding all the time or under WOT?

hafa Adai! Seems like only under WOT. I am not sure about the clutch being replaced I bought the car used with 49K miles.
If I do change it what do most people recommend that works the best.
Good Luck!
It depends on your mods and what you plan on doing. I replace my stock one with a Competion Clutch Stage 4, when I only had cai, tbe, and hallman mbc. It was overkill, but it fixed my WOT shifting. Since then I installed a SS clutch cable, shifter bushings, FIC 1000 High Imped. injectors, DW301 FP, and E85. The clutch is still holding up. I also changed the fluids in the transmission, transfer case, and rear diff. I use OEM in the transfer case and diff. I use Penzoil Synchromesh in the transmission.
Good Luck!

I've used the redline cocktail 2 MT-90 and 1 MTL before, but I prefer synchromesh. I change it out every 15k miles. It's inexpensive and a lot of people use it without fail.
