Unhappy BOV, or WG flutter

Sorry seems to me all the threads that contain video have them deleted, I just did my Hallman MBC install according to : http://www.jonesland.com/evo/MBC_install.htm and now it sounds like fluttering or chattering, ONLY when i let off the throttle, it boosts fine, holds fine (minus taper from plastic BOV) buut as soon as I let off the throttle it chatters/flutters, and it kinda worries me. is this normal or should I go back to stock BC and wait?

went over it again, only possible issue I can think of is the t-fitting being too small, but its still snug and clamped, will check again in the light, and it holds fine, so that rules out WG right? and since its only when I let out of boost?

pretty sure its your bov not the wg. i have wg flutter and can post a video of it if you want to see the difference.

what bov are you running? spring is too tight, or there is a leak in your vac system. maybe even leak at intercooler piping. check for boost leaks

Doom leak test after work, stock bov with over 100k on it.... Think the bov just died, or leak more likely?

Most likely the wimpy stock, plastic DV. Switch to the metal MR DV. Where are you referencing boost to the MBC from, the IM/DV line, or the compressor J pipe?
