4g64 block with power enterprise head gasket and O-ringing a block question

hi just have one questionfor those who have used the power enterprise head gasket(87mm) with a block that has been o-ringed . is it safe to o-ring a block and use this head gasket?? the reason im asking is that im having a block oringed and the guy from machine wanted to know if this headgasket already had an o ring of sort already or something. he is worried that if it does this come mess up the o ring in the block or the hg would get messed up. any help ? i called power enterprise and they didnt know what an O - ring meant... i hope my question makes sense
