Question Blitz TT harness white wire?

I tried asking this before and got no answer so please help!!

I am trying to figure out where the seperate white wire with the round female plug goes. The harness has a three wire plug (red/blue/green) and then this seperate white plug. The package for the harness says Blitz "GTO" part no. is MI-02 and/or 51201 (the only English stuff on it). I got it from Adam at Z1 and he does not know. Did I get the right one? or does the white wire go somwhere I can't find? Thanks in advance for the help and Merry X-mas

I did that same install two weeks ago on a friends EVO VIII.

I don't remember a separate white wire. You might have the wrong harness. I wish I had part #s for you, but he bought it. I do remember him saying it was the last generation turbo eclipse harness (sorry I don't know the gen #s)

Hope this helps

Can you elaorate a little? Since the harness interupts the white wire so it must go somewhere right?

Not a problem. I'll try and find out what harness was used.
I just noticed that you are in Boulder. If you need any help on the install, shoot me an e-mail.

I may take you up on that if that harness turns out to be the "correct" one. BTW There is no mention of the seperate white wire in the in instructions it just shows the three wire plug the black grounds and purple wire

Sure, let me know.
The harness is a 2nd Gen eclipse harness. See the link:
https://www.evolutionm.net/features/...e/rrmcorner/23
Although, there are no part #'s.

Thanks again, I have a e-mail out to Adam at Z1 where I got the harness to see if I do have the correct one. I'll let you know what I find out.

Sorry I didn't get back to you... got caught up in the holiday scramble way down in South Texas... far far away from the land of DSL/cable modems/basic communications...

Looking at the English instructions I see:

Red wire - 12v constant
Green wire - 12v ignition
Blue wire - accessory
Black wire - ground
Purple wire - ground or hand break

It seems to me that you have either the wrong harness, or a different make. If you have access to an Evo wiring diagram, see if every thing "lines up" if Adam has no answers for you... bet he will though.
