delete oil squirters
put a restrictor in the head
delete balance shafts
heavier spring in your oil pressure regulator

Kiggleys HLA also increases oil pressure and helps keep more oil in the pan. I think people reported roughly 10 psi increase. Not sure if that's what RSmike was referring to when he mentioned "put restrictor in head" .

How about something a little more obvious...you haven't provided details on the blown motors of any kind--however, a thicker oil like say 20-50 would accomplish the same thing, bump the pressure a few lbs when hot and much more when cold or cooler then 100F like it is in tx.

I wouldn't run 20w50 in a stock motor. The bearing clearances from the factory are not for oil that thick.

I havent read any reasons stated why he thinks he needs higher oil pressure. Probably has nothing to do with his engine failures at all.

normal oil pressure is fine, i am sure there something else that is causing your friends motor to blow.

yup especially if has a built motor make sure you check the oil regularly the evos oil pan is very well designed for stock and gives plenty enough oil pressure. a balnace shaft delete will net you more oil pressure also.
