I'm probably going to get one of these very soon.

We'll see how it goes.

To be honest, at the price they're selling at (about 560 USD In China), I'd consider it a win if:

a) They actually fit the evo 9.
b) if they were made in Taiwan and not China. I don't have much faith in them being "manufactured in japan".

Give me a few months, I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Today, over 3000km of using this TC - flight normal =)

tianma_evo, seller on eBay said it manufactured in Japan, but warehouse is located in Taiwan. I'm not believe it too much, but it seems quality of this TC is good.

I have the 22+ Years Of Hands On ASE MASTER CERTIFIED auto repair and service.. Plus, and I am a A&P Aviation Technician (FAA Licensed in July of 1991)-HONORS graduate, letter of recommendation, perfect attendance, 96% average of all 12 blocks/classes.
JUST SO YOU KNOW: If you send: For example a GREDDY- Model Type: 05H-18G from a Honda CRX/Si (1988-1991 B16A-B18A V-Tech, etc)to get rebuilt. Most repair facilities use cheaper bearing material than your so-called "paper/particle board" quality bearings and thrust plates that Arashi and Kando/Kinugawa use.
Arashi and Kando also use a 360* thrust bearing w/ 2 oil supply holes. I would not question MY KNOWLEDGE: It is based on "Hands-On" experience and I have BACKED UP MY KNOWLEDGE / CLAIMS with actual Vehicle Installed Turbos.
My 2005 Subaru has a TD05H-20G turbo ran @ only 20psi -93 oct. (379whp/357wtq) and I just Ordered The Arashi 3" inlet : TDO6H- w/ a 60-1 series compressor - capable of 500 + WHP. A 3" inlet , 1200cc dw'S, dw 340lph f-pump. Adjustable atmospheric BOV. CAI - 3".

- Stock Position Replacement.

I never installed it on my car.

It turned out that the product actually being sold was an Arashi Compressor wheel for the mitsubishi turbo, and not an entire turbo.

I can't find these things in China, and, haven't really been looking anymore.

25g kinugawa over 5k miles not sure how many didnt really count

Making 450 to the wheels, amazing turbo, fp performance conpares this turbo to thier FP red, and will make about 500hp on e85

But if you want to get more power go with an FP black overall

Goal for me was 500 but 450 was close enough due to kinugawas wastegate not holding. So buy the turbo and get an fp wastegate

Where can you get the t3 housing for the 25g?

Would like to keep the same turbo possibly and go forward face setup thos turbo is a beast.

Anyone know the max output of the 25g

TO answer the question since it doesn't look like any one knows, here is the true update:

Arashi TD06SL2R-20G-10.5 (http://arashidynamics.com/products_detail.php?id=54)

And

Tomei Arms m7960 (https://www.tomeiusa.com/_2003web-ca...s_m7960-e.html)

ARE THE SAME TURBO.

Just branded different.

It does look like in the last year, the m7960 has seen an update.

But as of 2015 when I bought my Arashi, and then my FP RED, the Arashi Build Sheet and the Tomei Arms sheet were identical.

I heard through a friend who lives in Japan, that they were both manufactured on the same property.
