Compression test result

From left to right. 180-190-190-185
They should be good since they are not far away from another...im just wondering why so high... Ive read other people results and they are ranging between between 140-160 on the comoression test...

Also during the test http://evoempire.org/community/index...pression-test/
I it made a weird sound when i got all the plug out and coils also took out the crank position sensor plug...it makes the sound when i push the throttle with the key in with out cranking it... What can make that sound

like a quick clicking noise? its normal.. just the sensors / ecu going nuts for a split second when you plug back in the crank angle sensor.

the sound you hear when pushing the gas in is the wire moving in its loom and throttle plate most likely as well.

those compression numbers are fine btw. the discrepency between cyl 1 and 2-3 (10psi) is most likely based on how many times you turned the starter over to build the compression test result.. that engines very healthy.

Reason I want to is because I'm coming across a bunch of problems with my car at 65K. So I want to just make sure that nothing else is wrong with it that I don't know about yet. Ugh fkk my evo.

Well some is fixed but it started with my idle problems, turned out my injectors were bad, then some bogging turned out my spark plugs were bad so I replaced them then a month oor 2 later (usually replace them with iridiums every 3-6 months) I had to replace the new ones cause those were now bad. Then I took my car to get a new ACT 3200 clutch cause my stock one was slipping a lot when I got tuned for E85 the dude at the shop called me to ask who did my previous clutch cause I guess I didn't have some gaskets and there were missing and/or broken bolts, and leaking fluid under there when they were doing my clutch. There's been some bad clicking noise that I can't figure out, took it to the dealer and they couldn't figure it out either but they said it didn't sound normal. So that's still there. Now I fixed most of those problems and tried to get tuned last month. My car is supposed to be tuned for 24 psi but keeps hitting 30 (as high as my boost gauge reads) I replaced the 3 port to see if that was maybe bad cause my old one looked a little beat upbut nothing. and now my knock light keeps flashing at high RPMs. So I want to do boost leak test, compression test, and have the shop check my waste gate and all turbo lines to make sure everythings cool. There were some other problems that I had but these seem to be reacuring =(

About 4 years. Got it with 16K on it. Now has roughly 64k on it. I kept it stock for over 2.5 years and didn't drive it right away when I bought it. The car probably sat for about 6 months when I first bought it. Haha but yea its just a reacurring thing with my car. Fix one thing, another goes bad. Ugh dep holds me back from enjoying the car.

Consider yourself lucky with those numbers!

I just tested mine and got 175 across except cylinder 2 got 160.

I also have 190 psi give or take 5 psi. I was thinking maybe carbon buildup would raise the compression alittle.
