Ok man. I assumed you already went the ECU checking route. Seems like not. A compression check would be fine because it's basically non-destructive.
You need to log all of your sensors at startup and during the minute that the car stays on. There is something fishy. I would wait for the cable--if it is a AEM V1, go get a USB to serial and plug that sucker up to the laptop, install/download the software, and verify all settings, but most of all, log everything.
CAM SENSOR
CRANK SENSOR
IAT
MAP
INJECTOR PULSE WIDTH
BATTERY
KNOCK
TIMING ADVANCE
FUEL/WBO2
...to name a few. The answers will become apparent.

Agreed. I just ordered the cable as Radioshack didn't carry it in the store and downloaded the software. I created this thread to verify timing so that I can accurately assume that the problem lies in the tune. I have a few tuners extremely local and hopefully this week one is going to come out and give me a hand with the logging.
Log everything like the post above, my money is on something is not put back, or put back incorrectly.

As an update to the rest of people helping, I'm having a professional double check the cam install and take a look at the tune.

I have a big update!!!
-I verified the timing on the crank pulley. Everything was lined up at 0.
-I did a compression test: 185 185 195 185.
-The plugs were literally soaked. I made sure I dried them off before reinstall.
-I retarded both the intake and exhaust cam 4 degrees: Started right up and ran great.
-I fixed my AFR gauge. At 1500rpm's it was reading 13.6, at 3000 rpms reading around 15.5. They were all over the place. I really think its tune related.
-I put the cams back to 0, and it started right up. It ran great.
-At 1500rpms, vacuum is at 4. At 3000rpms, vacuum is at 15.
-AFRs with the cams at 0 were 1500 were 13.7. 3000rps they were at 13.7 as well.

Thanks man, so am I! I still don't fully understand why it decided to start today, as I didn't really change anything besides cleaning the load of carbon off of the plugs. I think the car was extremely loaded up from me trying to start it and failing, as it puffed tons of carbon for a few minutes, then it finally went away and ran very smooth.
