I'm not flaming either, it's just that your DD numbers are really really high. The most I've ever seen on the DD dyno with a stock turbo'd EVO, running race gas, is around 300whp.

Also, an EVO putting down nearly 500whp on a DD dyno should be 10 second car capable of running traps around 130mph. Are you sure the dyno operator didn't plot the results in shootout mode or perhaps with an external factor simulating Dynojet numbers?

can u post pictures of the bling car....U mentiuoned he had differential in the car....I blew mine...Im considering the 6 speed set up...but not sure...does the 6 speed allow for more differential opportunites since its then similar to the JDM system? I know the us system isn unlike the JDM setup....and IM sort of screwed since i only really have 400 miles on my car...and I just know ill blow another stock differential...any ideas?

A very good turbo and onr that is all the rage over here in the UK to. on the numbers they do seem low. cars over here are running 475 BHP from the unit with no problems. if you think the turbo is too small you could always go for the 3240.

390 wheel hp on a DD dyno is 450-480bhp so our numbers are in line with what you guys are seening across the pond.

thank you for answering. I have seen your work, awesome.
Currently thinking of a IX 80 series with FP 84mm HTA port. I need quick spooling, and looking for 450hp... Rally, track, etc...
Any suggestions?

sorry for interrupting you guys...but is there any way for this HKS GT3037S turbo to boost at low rpm, like 3500?? A friend of mine install this kit on an evo 5 but he is really disappointed since boost comes after 4000rpm. We are looking for a way to make this turbo comes from low rpm, so we are looking for manifold that will help. Is there really anything we can do??
