Why is the tq such a big thing? Is 400tq the limit stock evo motors can take?

Also Mike thank you for the information and I'll be sure to be hitting you up.

But also why the no meth. I would think runnin straight 93 would be more of a danger for the stock motor then runnin meth?

Were the reason the people blew their motors was cuz the fail safe switch for the meth didn't work ?

I had big plans for meth

Like stated above. 400+ ft-lbs is a grey area for stock connecting rods. The abuse is too much if there is any faults in the tune, parts, or even bad gas. It happens and peoples cars go boom if there are these kinds of failures. I would play it smart if I were you.

A lot of people have blown their motors due to hydro lock and other issues. **** happens and after talking with a few tuners and reading online I would stay away from it. If you wanted to save some money a drop in build isnt a bad idea. English Racing is a great place to go for this kind of work.

Yes sir we do build motors We just haven't advertised it yet. We started building our own motors over a year ago with 100% success. We are actually tuning one of our high compression LR2.4 later this week with a 3582, just finishing break-in right now. The shop is located in Fayetteville, NC sir. Let me know if you ever need anything. There isn't anything we can't do!

Flip side of the coin....

I love methanol and have had a great experience with it. Don't buy a cheap kit though. The only one I recommend is aquamist.

If you can hit your goal with 93oct or have e85 available. Than that would be easier and cost less than installing a kit.

I am sure that Mikey and the spec-ops crew will take good care of you.
