Intercooler question
well lads im in the market for new intercooler ive been looking at ams ones and perrin ones can anyone tell anything about these and which is better or if theres a better cooler out there for round the same money my cars running 400/400 but i will be doing more work to the engine in the future so will be running more power i dont know much about these the end tanks and core and stuff
I love the ETS 4" Cores. They are some of the best FMICs on the market! If you are looking to uppgrade your turbo in the future I would go ahead and get an ETS 3.8" Garrett core and you will never have to change it again. You won't lose much lag due to the way the fin packs/end tanks are designed but you will make an extra 25whp

Mikey is right. You can't go wrong with ETS intercoolers. The cooler IAT (Intake Air Temp) allows you to run more timing and boost with no detonation, unlike the factory intercooler that detonates on the top of the 3rd with barley higher than stock boost levels. Not to mention your tune will stay consistent pull after pull.

I have an ETS 3.5". Fits great and should be all I need for my current goal of 550whp. If I upgraded, it would be the ETS 3.8" Garrett core preferably but a 4" would do if a good deal came along.
