MinusPrevious, when the seals get older, they harden and shrink a little. I just installed a Borg Warner kit today and they fit perfectly again. I did find that one of my kits had the wrong lower seal. It was much bigger, so I had to swap out the box.

I just picked up a set of these today.
They seem to fit a hair looser then OEM seals, and I needed to put a dab of grease on them so they stuck on the injector without falling off while maneuvering them. But after a BLT they do not seem to be leaking.
I wonder what the lifespan of these are compared to OEM's. The original seals were leaking after 33k!

UPDATE: Did another BLT now that I have driven a few hundred miles with these seals. holds 25 psi with no leaks.

This is exactly what I needed to hear. Going to put a set I just got in and see how they do. I noticed the loose fit on the ID but the OD seems to be perfect.
