They don't require much torque if memory serves right. I put HKS cams in myself earlier this year, and I removed the rear cps cover when I did it. I cleaned the mating surfaces and put a light bead of silicone sealer around the perimeter before reinstalling. Maybe a little RTV around the bolt threads might be a good idea too, while you're in there.
