Motor Mounts

I was wondering if any of you are running different motor/ tranny mounts? I recently put these in and love them! What do you guys like/dislike about your mounts (If you have new ones) Btw these are Torque Solutions mounts.

I have the Torque solutions motor mounts also. My steering wheel vibrates at idle badly due to my hks 272 cams. Don't even trying to idle with the A/C on haha. My eyes shake... The upside it everything stays in place.

Before I would have clutch chatter (act clutch) with the stock mounts, after the torque mounts, there is not more clutch chatter.

The engine moves so much with the stock mounts especially with cams.

If you want to maintain some level of comfort in your car only do the front motor mount. If you are going to race the **** out of your car and dont care about the vibration and additional noise do all 3 or 4.

I have the 3 mounts on the evo, I left the rear transmission mount alone, and I am going to switch the 2 side mounts back to stock, my teeth are about to fall out.

Also if you are on a RS expect your ears and teeth to suffer with 3 or 4 mounts.

I am on an RS with a QuarterMaster Twin Plate.

it's only bad at idle 800rpms/sitting at a red light, once i start moving its all smooth. As long as have my hand on the steering wheel the rattle stopps, but it goes through my body. I can see my windshield washer arms flexing.

HKS 272s with built motor. I got used to it though and my passengers don't seem to mind. They get a free massage.

Ditching my ams side mounts for stockers. Got new ones on the way. Im also tired of the dash buzzing. My car still wheel hops sometimes so obviously the mounts didnt fix that so might as well put the comfy mounts back in.

How does the Torque Solutions front motor mount compare to the Blox front mount, as far as stiffness and vibration?

I was thinking, how about adding a piece of urethane or robber at the points where the mounts bolt on ? Also at the parts the cross boar mounts to the chassis... Sort of like your putting a gasket, spacer or a washer thats made of robber or polyurethane around 2-3 mm thick.

Went with the TS front motor mount. Picked up a little dash rattle but not much else. Running a 2.4 & kelford 272 cams. 950 rpm idle and pretty smooth.
