The strongest parts available can break at 300WTQ if tuned bad, unless your were referring to tightening torque of the bolts themselves (joke ha, ha)

it is a fact that a 1G rod is a lot stronger than an EVO rod. Have you compared them side by side? I have and the difference is huge. The bolts are bigger the big end has more meat around the crank and the beam of the rod is thicker and wider. There is no comparison between the two. I can post pics showing the differences if you would like tomorrow.

have you done your research on what they are made of? I have a friend that went Evo rods 2g piston on a dsm and my old motor consisted of a 1g rod 2g piston combo awhile back in my dsm days yada yada yada but Im not here to argue just make power till i build the next motor
