killing thrust bearings in turbos

anyone else have this issue, ive killed 3 turbo's all t3 or t4 frame turbos, im running the oil feed from the head. thinking about switching the oil feed to the oil filter housing. no side to side play or up and down. Only in and out play. any ideas i thought it could be the 2 step killing them but unsure. feel free to post any ideas as to the cause

What oil were you running? Is this with the stock oil pan? If stock pan, are you running the factory recommended amount of motor oil?

Did you log oil pressures? Sounds like your turbos aren't getting enough oil.

Sounds like a lack of oil pressure. Be sure to check that when the motor is back together.

See what the motor looks like when it's apart. IE, pull a rod cap
