popping out of 4 th gear

My buschwacker trans pops out of gear in 4th.
As soon as I put it into 3rd (at cruising speed) it pops out. In fact every gear feels loose. When I mov the shifter left and right in neutral it feels like its it of place.
And. As I was writing this, my clutch went out. Its gone. Clutch pedal to the floor.
Stuck on the road now.
Any suggestions?

check clutch slave make sure it has fluid and I had a car once that popped out of gear when the gear oil was very low.
