Why is my 4g64 w/Evo VIII Head Perfectly in Time?
if you have a 2.4 block i would use evo hole. they should work great with half tooth off is just whats needed for the tall blocks. 3.75 correction. but you have to use the 3.75 in the correct direction or timing will be 1 tooth off.
very easy to make timing mistakes with these gears

if you have a 2.0 then yes, I would use dsm hole and remark the outer gear one tooth to correct.

Just to add a bit more confusion..(and yes sorry this is an old thread), I timed my 64/63 setup the other nite, and even with the stock cam gears, my timing marks line up perfectly...?
