New turbo setup. Where do I connect these?

Hey guys,

I just got a externally gated 35R setup. I am converting my car to speed density as well. That being said, where would I connect the vacuum line that runs from my stock boost solenoid, and where would I connect my MBC? would I connect one and of my boost controller to my external wastegate, and the other end to a vacuum tee between the boost solenoid and blow off valve? Thanks!

If you are asking questions like these, you probably should have a shop working on your car. That being said, the boost controller needs a dedicated boost source, not a line from the stock solenoid. Boost source/boost controller/wastegate. The BOV should have a dedicated line as well, not being teed in to another line. Best of luck.

That's why I asked... I had my car built and configured perfectly fine before. This is an entirely new setup for me, and I'm new to speed density.

I left the lines not hooked up to anything and dropped the car off at the shop that is tuning it.

For future reference, since I like learning and don't see why my question was a huge deal, where would the factory boost solenoid connect to?

If you're running a mbc just leave the factory boost solenoid plugged in and cap the ports off. Run line from boost source to mbc and mbc to external wg.
