i have an oem belt set lying around.
timing and balancer belts are done by gates-unitta.
the ones that i have on my 2006 evo ix from factory are mitsuboshi.
both are good and reputable manufacturers using much of the same technology, from what i know.

when i looked up gates T43130 on amazon, it comes up as Gates T43130 Timing Belt Pulley. i thought it was suppose to be a tensioner, this is the only thing holding me back from ordering right now. can someone shed some light on this?

Gates makes some good stuff. I run a Ferrari DIY website where we created parts cross reference PDFs because a lot of guys are tired of paying Ferrari part prices (and you thought Mitsu was high ) and they use Gate's stuff instead of Ferrari oem without issue.
