Those are all great turbos. In order to help answer your question we would need more info though. Is your car a DD, track only, mixed, 1/4mi, autocross, how much HP do you want, etc..
Please give some specifics and there are plenty of us that would be glad to help out

my car is my dd and it will sometimes go to the track there is no autocross where i live so im stuck going in a staight line the power i would like high 400s to keep safe with stock block maybe later on ill add in forged internals but for now just upgrading turbo set up i have walbro 255 already i know i need bigger injectors
you know what they say,go big or go home.
go with 6262,cams,double pumper for E85 and bigger injectors and hope your current clutch lasts through the week.
honestly though for 500whp,i would go with the 35.

If you're going with the basic 30r or 35r, the 35r would be the best choice for your money of the 2. I personally wouldn't mind using a 6262 on my daily driver, it's an excellent turbo for big power on the stock block as it doesn't produce a big torque spike.
Id run any FP turbo over a GT30R/35R but thats just me.... You will notice way more gains across the board with a green/red/black, or MAP EF2/3 CBRD BBK etc etc....
plus you're limited to 400tq since your internals are stock... I'd say the 6262 option is out since that is a much higher hp turbo then you would get to enjoy on your stock block

thanks guys still looking honestly i dont like stock frame turbos like fps cause in miami all these guys only like roll racing at high mph and i heard fps are like stock turbos the drop boost presure at high rpms dont hold as much

OP, if you're wanting to do fast highway pulls, the 6262 is the turbo you want out of those listed.
However, Stock block, I'd never run a turbo the size of a 6262
