550 whp setup !

Hey guys....

I currently own 05 evo RS and I would like to know from you 500hp evo owners if I have the supporting mods to make 550 awhp with the following setup, before I spend $$$ on tune...

Turbo back exaust system
Buschur Deluxe fmic w/ ETS pipings
Buschur ported intake manifold & ported 65 mm TB
Walbro 400 LPH fuel pump w/ MAPerformance spec 2000cc injectors
Speed density kit
MAPerformace T3 6266 journal bearing turbo kit
Exeddy Twin disc clutch kit w/ Stock transmission
Shep built non-acd Tcase
Stock block w/ evo 8 head with valves, springs, retainers GSC S2

Please let me know if I'm missing anything aside from what's mentioned above...

e85 will hit 550 no problem with that turbo. pump will make those numbers too, but it'll be a little tougher.

search on the forum, there are too many 6266 set ups making power like that.

2000cc injectors? I think it might be a little overkill for that setup. But it does work.
Pump I will probably say 450-480whp. And on E85 you will get what your looking for.
Then again.. You might want to start looking at upgrading your engine internals.

Is there anything I can upgrade / change-up from my current setup to gain more power ?

With that turbo on E85 you can get 550whp-575whp with no problems.

In the future you can build your block and get 650whp with no problems!

If the mods you currently have are the ones you listed earlier.. You don't require much, it seems that you are just not concerned in building your engine. Making that much HP on stock internals will not last very long. I would start looking into upgrading your internals.
I hope you also have an o2 housing, add a boost controller of some sort and crank it up. You didn't list an intake, if you don't have one, at least get a high flowing filter.

Good luck!

Thanks. I do have manual boost controller, Buschur ported 02 housing, t3 turbo kit comes with 3inch intake with high flow filter...

Yes, am planning on building engine to either 2.0L or 2.1LR build but I do want top end power, revving 11k

Why 11k rpms? Unless your using the car for drag racing only. Personally I'd way rather have a 2.4LR that boosts early and a power band that doesn't rev the **** out of my motor. The setup your going for will put down lots of power and move quick on a strip but won't last very long. Is that what you want? Peak strip #'s?

Looks like your pretty set. If I were to change anything it would be double pumper instead of the walbro.

switch to double pumper for E85,but you'll make over 500whp on 93.
