Another clicking noise thread

First off its a 03evo with fpred turbo and hks cams 272s. The car makes a clicking or tapping noise thats very fast only In boost! thought it was a spun rod bearing or head but change the oil looks perfect and when you rev up the car at idle makes no noise. when your crusing makes no noise. even when you partial throttle stay out of boost no noise only in boost it clicks and taps really loud and goes faster with rpm/boost goes higher. car has a manual boost controller. doesnt smoke still make damn good power and exhaust is tight and no leaks. Checked AC compressor clutch its fine adn like I said as soon as you hit 0 on the boost gauge or higher it just clicks or taps loud but with no load you can rev it alll the way to 7 with no noise. Any ideas? Will post video tomorrow. Also might I mention I did the screw driver test on the tranny so its not anything tranny related did it on oil pan and no noise. Im out of ideas.

factory boost solenoid still hooked up? i know you are using an MBC, just wondering if the factory solenoid is still wired in or something, as they can make a clicking noise when the actuator is going. probably a long shot. good luck with the issue

Problem fixed the clamp that holds the turbo together was loose I have no idea how that happened but that's what the issue was.
