Do I need bigger injectors or not?

I am about to be getting my car that i recently bought retuned because its running rich at wot and was wondering if i need to buy new injectors or not. Previously dyno tuned with 360 awhp. Mods are an APEX'i n1 turbo back exhaust, INJEN intake upper and lower pipes, bigger FMIC, HKS 272 cams, TI-TECH O2 housing, Turbosmart dual port bov, honda cops, gm boost solenoid, map 4 sensor and stock evo 8 turbo. I'm getting it tuned for ecu boost and will be tuned for 93 oct for now. Just wondering if I need to spend some more money on injectors or if ill be alright for now. Thanks

yeah eventually but not for a while. I'm thinking that I can just buy bigger injectors at the same time that i pay to get my car retuned. Can stock injectors handle around 380 awhp safely?

not stock injectors wont get you anywhere near that. i would look at 1200s or 1000s. the thing with injectors is you can buy them with room to grow.

Yea, prolly time to upgrade just to be safe. Think about you long term goals in the future when buying injectors. I have learned the hard way. I think I have had 3 sets of injectors now lol. 2150s finally are waiting to go in.

For your goals now 1200, 1250s would me more than enough with some room to grow in case you upgrade turbos in the future.

Look at all these Newbies giving advice. You have a 2004 Evo with the 9.8 hot side right? It would be EXTREMELY hard to over run the stock injectors with a properly upgraded fuel pump.

You don't need injectors however it couldn't hurt. I maxed my 2003 Evo VIII on pump gas and still had injector left.

Spend the Money on an Evo IX turbo, port it, that will give you 20WHP or so, the injectors will do nothing but possibly compromise your driveability with poor tuning.

You need a Walbro 255, stock injectors will be fine until you go e85 or bigger turbo.

Great advice, the stock turbo and stock injectors go nicely. The 255LPH IS A MUST, maybe bigger there is a new pump now that is over 300 I believe. However bigger injectors are always good but not needed, just get a Evo ix turbo with a stronger wastegate.

Thank you so much guys! I deffenitly don't have 300+ dollars to spend on injectors right this second. I forgot to say earlier that my car already has a walbro 255 in it so it sounds like I should be just fine for the moment. When I do decide to go e85 and or bigger turbo ill make sure I get 1200 or 1250s so I have room to grow.
