I am thankful you guys actually are here to help him to begin with, because sometimes i don't have time to trouble shoot cars right away.
I have seen a lot more helping going lately as opposed to when I first got on here a few years ago. Seems everyone is a little more educated in troubleshooting than before.

I always treat folks on here like I do at the track. If you don't have the tool for the job and I do, you're welcome to it. If I don't have the tool, I'll point you in the right direction to get it.

^^^ He'll figure it out.

I'd suggest also reloading the same file just in case, I've had strange things happen sometimes on flashes.

ya it looks like it was in the rom afterall. the wastegate must have been fighting with the WGDC %. I had the WGDC to low in the main map. upped it a bit more and all is well.

I guess i am used to customers with preloaded wga's so i figured the 52% or whatever i had in there would be sufficient for a base test pull. turns out that only gave around 15psi. upped it a little more and now hes around 17psi and the fluttering is gone.

thanks again for helping him guys.

Sounds about right.... too many times I've tried hunting down mechanical issues when they've been tuning, thinking "its impossible its a tuning issue"

Glad to hear its worked out.
