What's up guys. Well I had my Evo tuned on speed density but I decided to go back to stock. I put all the stock parts back on it and now it doesn't start, even after flashing it back to the stock tune. I tested the fuel pump and it works just like it should but when I pulled the fuel line off the fuel return, no fuel comes out, it's not pumping any fuel. I had a fuel lab fuel pressure regulator when I got tuned and my tuner told me he bypassed the stock fuel pressure regulator solenoid, will this cause my car not to start?

Any help would be much appreciated!
