An unmodified Walbro 255 won't handle much more than 450hp@wheels on 93 octane. If you are adding E85, which requires 20-30% more fuel then that is likely your issue. Swap to a Walbro 400 and have the car retuned.

I would go ahead and change out the fuel filter in the tank. I have seen those cause issues. Other than that, I would make sure the pump is OK and and check injector DC to make sure everything is as needed. Also might want to pull the injectors to see if any gunk build up from the e85 is occurring and maybe run a bottle of sea-foam through the tank.

/\/\/\ Does a Walbro 255 kit come with a new fuel filter ? Or do you have to get that separately from the dealer?

The install kit does come with a new fuel sock (filter) yes. Purchasing the pump does not.

The actual fuel filter is in the tank in the hanger, as far as I know. ASU11 I only buy E85 from a station that has only been open for a month or so. I know a lot of people said some stations were getting gunk by using old diesel tanks, shouldn't have any problem there.

3K it ended up being the "T" from my mani-FPR-boost gauge, FPR was not getting proper pressure from the intake manifold, so it was not raising with boost. Hope you get yours worked out, ended up being something simple for me

If you see I posted earlier in this thread about a local car because he was leaning out too. We replaced the fuel line with a -6an hose and it resolved the fuel issue for us, the car is a FP Red with single pump and 1250cc injectors.

I only suggest that since you have an FP Black in your signature.

Thanks guys, I will look into it. This issue just started two days ago. I don't think its the pump, I just swapped my old w255 for a new w255 two months ago. Hopefully its a simple oversight. Thank again.
