Wierd noise @ 4k rpm on 2nd gear

Wierd noise @ 4k rpm on 2nd gear
Hi,
just swapped my 6 spd tranny to 5 spd rs. Did a rebuild (changed 2nd gear synchro and primary shaft bearing). Everything was fine up to recently when I discovered I have a wierd clunkin noise (like you feel the gears are working) stricly @4K rpm and on second gear only. Other rpm range is fine and other gears are fine. What could it be?
