Try raising your idle rpm to 1k. just test it out to see if it changes things for the better. I set mine to 1k since I dont want the engine dying on me in bumper to bumper traffic with AC/other electronics in full blast and heavy clutch and all

Currently the idle is already high like at 1100rpm which my tuner set it at to compensate for the cams. Ideally I rather have lower idle rpms but that sadly it isn't possible in my situation unless I go back to stock. I wonder if it could be my brake booster or line leaking since it mostly stalls while braking

maybe find a safe place to test that theory.
I'd keep a "backup" IACV. try the cheap ones https://www.ebay.com/itm/354209943724

@Vicious LSD I decided to try swapping my ECU back to stock and I did not have any stalling issues while braking. Maybe I need a retune? But before I get that done I’m going to change all the seals & idle adjusting screw on my TB because the screw head is stripped. My tuner said he could attempt to fix this issue if the screw was adjustable but I think my IAC and/or vacuum leaks can be ruled out since its not stalling while on the stock ECU, it even idles normal too.
