could a broken maf sensor lead to boost being almost non existent until 5000rpm? from 2500 to 5000 there is no increase in speed until suddenly the turbo will kick in at full boost.

 

Yes I just changed mine when it was scanned. It feels like your going slow then a big creep in boost pressure then the car car will cut you out of boost making your car slow. That's what it did and it created some other issues it put me in limp mode by running rich at idle and lean at wot.
