Yeah, I tried that today and I even tried another pair of coil packs. Still no luck. Again, i didn't change anything but the fuel pump and then it wouldn't start. I even retried the stock pump and still didn't change anything. I am getting fuel to the cylinders and back to the pump. There seems to be good pressure. I can hear the pump working. Can anybody help me locate the injector relay so I can pull it and crank a few times to try and clear the cylinders without adding more fuel???

Pull all the plugs, then disconnect the crank sensor, the plug under the pcv. And turn the motor over by trying to start it. This will pump all the gas out the cylinder. Then put the plugs back in and reconnect the crank sensor. Spray some starter fluid into the in take and try to start the car. If it runs for a few seconds then shut off, then its a fuel issue. If it doesnt run with starter fluid, then its an ignition or timing issue. Good luck.

If not lighter fluid then starter fluid... It will test you engine at least. Personally it sounds like one of two thing to me. I've seen this a few times in my travels. Either A, you pump grommet is torn and as pressure builds it shifts and releases it. Which explain fuel in the feed but not return line. Or B in you dash junction box there are 2 fuses for the engine. I dont remember which one it is but it cuts the ignition system only so it will crank pump will prime and nothing will ever happen. The smallest crack in the pump grommet will shut down your car so take it apart and look closely. Hope that helps

Starter fluid in an aerosol can, not lighter fluid.

Ok, so tonight I pulled the plugs and disconnected the crank sensor. I Cranked her over a few times and then checked the cylinders. For some reason 1 of the 4 is pooling fuel inside (the second in from driver's side). The other 3 are bone dry. Can anybody explain this? Thanks again!

/\ this you have fuel if it is pooling in the cylinders... find the fuse and replace then test crank the engine after pulling the fuel relay out. See if you get one of the plugs to spark to ground. if you now have spark put the fuel relay back in and install the old plugs. Crank it, it should then start, maybe run a bit rough for a few seconds. Once it runs clean, kill it and re-install the new plugs

I agree with the post about the rubber grommet having a crack or split. Replace it.

Verified rubber grommet is OK. Cant find info on the fuse that i should check. Only info is for the X's. I will try pulling the fuel relay also. But i am not sure how to test if the plug sparks to ground??

Pull out the coil pack. Let it ark to something not painted... Done...

Also the fuse isnt that complicated. Open the interior fuse box. Look for the fuses that show engine symbols. Check those.

There are 3 fuel relays and a resistor for the pump as well as one for the injectors. Two relays are in the under hood fuse box i believe. The third is next to the intake on the firewall. The resistor for the pump is just below it on the right, and the injectors is on the left. Best of luck checking all that
