I have replaced everything..... But still...
Hello EvoM.
I have recently gone through a clutch fluid pressure loss issue and ended up replacing
Transmission (Buschwacker)
Brake master cylinder
Brake slave cylinder
Clutch cable to SS
Brand new exedy twin clutch with floater plate.
Now after all these parts have been replaced, I am still having an issue with my exedy twin when its engaging. I feel like the plate is just not coming back up far enough (dragging)
my 1st -> 2nd is not smooth and it feels like it gets "stuck' while shifting
This does not happen if i shift fast. Even after adjusting the clutch pedal bar length, it seem to come back to the same problem after a few days.
What do you suggest i check?
what could be an issue here? is it fluid pressure related issue still?
thank you

You need to remove it for sure.
Another suggestion is to send your clutch to Exedy and have the entire thing checked for warping. Directly from Exedy -
"A warped pressure plate, intermediate plate, flywheel, improperly machined flywheel, or if there is debris build up in the diaphragm spring pivot area in the clutch cover, all these things can cause clutch drag."

the restrictor pill is inside the slave cyl inbetween the bleed screw and the clutch line, just take those out, pop out that little plate looking thing with tiny hole and spring( thats the restrictor) and put the bleed screw back in and the line, then bleed again and see how it feels. if it was in there and you took it out, you should feel a more predictable engagement point, maybe it is the cause of your issue as well? just a thought.
good luck!
