From wiseco catalog. The deck height is 9.015in on all 4g63 and and 9.251 on 4g64.

 

I see where you made the mistake. You are looking at head thickness not block deck height. The evo and dsm heads are different dimensionally.

 

Yeah I understand that but your not going by block height your going by dome dish being you have 2 different compression ratios, and by your deck clearance. Now where you look at them the deck clearance is 0 which supports with what your saying, but you have to take in fact about your dome dish. With that there are what 3cc difference which isn't much but its still something. That I will give you is kinda nitpicky but it all matters one way or another. I am tired and sick so if I can come up with something better I will hahaha. I know there is a difference other then that somewhere. But the way things change all the time who knows. I mean I trust what Wiseco says being they make the proper pistons for the applications but I know I have done this research before I just cant find what I am lookin for.
