I know Smurfzilla has done it and loves it, Ronnie who's car you can see in the Dyno/Tuning section by TComp also has it done. I'd also like to know who else has done it and see how they like it

You order two things.. the accumulator of your choice 2GA style (short and fat) or 2GB style (long and skinny) and the short hard line.. an accumulator and hard line cost about $56 from JNZ brand new, or free.99 to real cheap used

Mine was mounted temporary to make sure it worked good, now that I know it is I'll be moving it to a spot on the trans that Ronnie mounted his to that looks almost OEM

I didn't see a link to JNZ in here but if you need it..

JNZ Tuning OEM Parts

put the part numbers in the search and you should find what you need or give them a call, they are the BEST people I've ever talked to on the phone, flat out.

Mine has about 30k on it and its still holding strong. The earlier QM's had that reputation. One of the reasons QM started selling this one was for the longevity afaik. The 6 leg doesn't lost very long for DD but so far my QM has been pretty good. I'm easy on my clutches though so I may not be a good judge.
