Amazing Clutch Install

I have been following the clutch installs that Superz (gil) on the boards has done and since we are packed at our shop, Unorthodoxracing, we decided to let him do the clutch job. What a great decision I removed the underlining to make the job quicker and it was even faster than i thought. I brought our new segmented ceramic clutch to install and dropped the car of at 5:05pm still hot from the 50 min ride. Went to Fridays for some food and drink. I recieved a call at 7:31 and it was done. I was very impressed after the drive back and inspection of the job and he gets a big I know he was impressed with our product and hopefully we can setup a package of the UR clutchkits installed, stay tuned!

Gil (superz) is the man... Highly recommended. I go to him first whenever I need something done to my Evo...

Thanks for the Zach. I was definetely imressed with the feel of this clutch, stock-like all the way. The quality was top notch. I will be trying to see if we can offer a special offer for the clutch installs along with Unorthodox. By the way, yes the tranny came out and a new clutch and flywheel went in

How difficult is a clutch job on an Evo? Could someone with great mechanical skill and a couple helpers pull it off? Like a GM Tech with over 150 certifications or does it take a skilled Mitsu tech?

I'm asking because I know I'll end up replacing that damn thing sooner or later, and forget paying a shop to do it. Friend is a GM tech with a hooked up garage, he and I will do it.
