Guess you already sold the 3576 and never really optimized it with a working TS?

Wait so do the 35mm WG dump into each other? I don't see where they dump? Or are they dumping into the downpipe?

Nvm I see it now. They dump into downpipe

UPDATE:

I finished the car and it is driving as of this afternoon. I usually take the car through at least 3 heat/cool cycles to make sure the coolant is completely burped before getting on it. I hope to start tuning sometime tomorrow evening and will report results when I have something to share. For now here are the final pics of the new twin wastegate setup with the GTX3582r.

I do all of my own fabrication at my house. Yes, the heat shield was $10 worth of thin sheet metal from Lowes and about 2hrs of my time. It helps for force the heat through the hood vent.

Wow, that engine bay means BUSINESS! I love it, very impressive. Are you only using one vent for crankcase pressure?

I was finally able to retune for the larger turbo and compare spool vs the previous single wastegate setup. I had to add ~5% more fuel with the GTX3582r vs the previous GTX3576r @ 32psi to maintain 11.5 AFR. As far as spool, the picture below is comparing spool for the following:

Before: GTX3576r / Single Tial 44mm / Dyno run 3rd gear / 23.7psi @ 5000rpm
After: GTX3582r / Dual Tial 38mm / Street run 3rd gear / 22.2psi @ 5000rpm

Based on the small change in spool I feel confident the single Tial 44mm wastegate was creating lag issues with the previous setup. Also, looking at the valve I could see that it was making contact with the divider as it was shinny in that area.

It's really moving with the GTX3582R... looks like it goes from 5k-8krpm about a quarter second faster than with the 3576. Granted, you were running ~4psi more peak boost. Regardless, under 3 seconds to go from 5k-8krpm in 3rd gear is moving pretty damn fast.

It is actually the other way around with the GTX3576r going from 5K-8k rpm more quickly. However, it was not only ~4psi more boost, but I also ran more timing because it was 110 leaded fuel.

Pump gas for pump gas the new turbo definitely pulls harder on the top even in the summer heat so I feel this setup should net ~545hp@wheels on 93 octane. I will stick it on the dyno in a few weeks for the results.
