Oil change after cam break in

Anyone know of a procedure? Just installed GSC S2, followed their cam break in procedure and now have about 50 miles on the car. Should I follow the normal oil change schedule, change it at 100 miles, change it at 500 miles, change it at 1000 mile? Shops/GSC please chime in. Thanks

I replyed to your email, but i figure Ill post this so other can find this info.
If you are just doing the cams, you can change at between 500-1000 miles.
If you were doing a full new motor, I would say do 3 heat cycles(full oil temp-then cooled all the way down) then change the oil and filter
Keep the RPMs around 2000-2500 for the first heat cycle-(no idling) Let the motor cool all the way down.
For just cams and/or springs you can drive the car after this.
new motors, do 2 more heat cycles, you can free rev the engine and let it idle a little, but try to keep the revs up a little so oil flow/pressure to the heads is up.
Change the oil and filter, then go drive it! I believe in hard break ins. I used to break motors in on the dyno by doing pulls. You could watch the power come up and up every run as the rings sealed. Never had a problem, and they always made good power.
