Quote: I just dont know how much material I can take off the manifold for clearance purposes... I would hate to ruin a brand new manifold...
Quote: I don't think anyone knows how thick it actually is.
Here is a 1/4 npt tap about 2" from #2 if that helps figure typical thickness.

I just hit my wrench with grinder to get at the pass side nut. Driver was fine with a 3/8 drive socket.

Ordered mine last week on their Black Friday sale. Should be here Thursday.

To anyone who is running this manifold what hardware did you use to mount this to the turbo? Are you using FP's hardware or did you come up with your own solution?

Also interested. Can anyone confirm that DSM turbo bolts work for the back two bolts and the stock bolts for the front two work?

Im pushing 650 with a stock ported manifold. Reputable shops have been posting some results with cars making an additional 40-50 whp from them. Im hoping to break the 700whp mark with my car this year. Just ordered this manifold during the black Friday deals.

Curt Brown told me I'd see real benefits starting around 600whp on this manifold.

I am just over 500 with this manifold on e85 and there is a definite shift in the power band to the left even with a stock turbo. This is really worth it if you need the reliability of the stock manifold but more.
