I bought a 20g extended tip billet wheel with a ported compressor housing from them and I rebuilt my IX turbo myself and had it balanced locally. Never a single issue with it and its super strong for a daily driver. I don't want insane power so a 20g was perfect. Good luck with your build though.

I made 490 whp on their turbo at 34 psi going up hill and redlining at 7000 RPM

4000 miles so far....good product.....

Honestly customer service is important but it seems like a 2 man shop. For 500 to 650 you prob wont get much service but it was determined it was a foreign object eitherway.

A 2 man shop might be a good excuse for having slow service, but there is no excuse for going online to bad mouth customers and to make them look like "beeeitchs"

Ive gotten 4 turbo from them and am happy.

My last order though they promised 1 week turn around and took 3 weeks I was pissed but again im not paying 2k for an FP Turbo so I cant be too demanding.
