grinding noise ?? help..

Hello.

Just replacement a clucht on a VI.
Drove 170km fine.

Was going to map her today but every time I'm going over 20kmph a terrible grinding noise come from the front drive train.
When slowing down till 10kmph the noise stops.

Checked all the fluids all fine..

Help??

After 6 hours Youtube gave the video clear

So what you think it is?
The road is smooth tarmac

The sound appeers to come from the front.
AYC is out to( lamp out off dash) code 82 and a wheelspeed sensor

It doesn't sound like anything I've heard before. Also, I'm not familiar with the clutch used. Anyway, check the exhaust - make sure it isn't hitting something. Then check that the motor mounts are secure.

If you just replaced the clutch and this started happening then its most likely clutch related. Does the noise stop when the clutch is engaged?

The sound is not clutch related.

I can put the car in natural and the sound does not alter.

It have to be something with the drive shafts or diff/box.
As it is only speed related.

If you have a wheel speed sensor issue, you could have false activation from the abs. If the computer is seeing one wheel traveling slower than the rest, it well activate abs to try to equal them out. It make a heck of a racket when that happens.

Yes flywheel is torqed down.. accoording to the workshop manuel
132mn
At i should say the sound is road speed.. not engine speed related
I can, say put the car in neutral en rev it without altering the sound

@J_Striker

Your the 2e one with the same story
she got a wheel speed sensor fault.
21 fr right wheel speed sensor open or short circuit

I'm going to pull the fuse on the Abs and Ayc... That will shut them up

See it that helps
