The subjects has been covered a few times here and there...but what Diesel and myself would like to know is this...

Does anyone have the AMS 3" DP (or TB exhaust for that matter) with tie bars still on the car OTHER then spacing them out a little. I myself am interested in the Cusco Type I and Type II bars..not sure what Diesel wants. Either way...does anyone have any info of the AMS 3" DP and a tie bar combo???

You could always use the RMR brace:

 

Chris in HB....does the RMR clear the AMS 3" Downpipe?

 

I know wojo has a ams downpipe but i am not sure if he put the bars on yet...

I would be shocked if it didn't clear. Unless the AMS pipe drops REALLY low, it should be fine. You could call RMR and ask if they have heard anything about the AMS fit.

I agree..you shouldn't have any problem with clearance with the RMR brace. I have my RMR downpipe (3") wrapped with header wrap making it even thicker and there is still 1/4-1/2" of clearance.
